The patio has nice views, comfortable seating and a dining table to seat 4-6 people. The second bedroom, which is accessed from the patio, boasts a comfortable full-size double bed, plenty of closet space, a full bathroom with shower and brand new kitchenette and fold down dining table. Whether you're traveling with friends or family, this apartment effortlessly accommodates your needs without breaking the bank. Located in the vibrant Romantic Zone, you'll have easy access to local attractions, dozens of great dining and bar options, and beautiful beaches just a short walk away.

We want our guests to know exactly what they are getting before they decide to book so we do our best to describe the place as accurately as possible in our listings. A few details to highlight for you for this unit so there are no surprises are as follows: - The windows and patio door for B1 open onto the shared patio. Sheer curtains and nighttime blackout curtains are provided for your privacy - There is a nice view from the patio across old town towards the ocean but there is not really any view from inside this unit. For panoramic views from a large private roof deck complete with outdoor kitchen please check out our listing for Unit C in the same building. - The sofa/futon in the living room seats 3 and sleeps 1-2 people. The sleeping area size is 1.85m x 1.25m or 73" x 49", so a bit smaller than a full size bed at 75" x 54" - There is no in-unit laundry in this unit but you will find a very affordable laundry service just down the street After booking we will provide a link to our detailed guide to the property as well as our pretty comprehensive personal guide and recommendations for things to do in PV, including lots of off the beaten path hidden gems that many tourists aren’t aware of and we hope you will take advantage of! These are in place to ensure a comfortable, safe, and enjoyable stay as well as to protect the property, environment, and our neighbors. By booking, you acknowledge and agree to these rules. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated. We hope you enjoy your stay! If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to reach out. General 1. Occupancy: Only registered guests and pets in your booking may stay in the property. If your group changes, please ask your host to adjust your booking. Unregistered people or pets will incur additional charges. 2. Safety: Guests are responsible for their personal safety and belongings at all times. The host is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. Parents or guardians must supervise children at all times. The property is not childproofed. 3. Trash Disposal: You may drop bagged trash daily at the community drop-off spot across the street and down the hill one block. Regretfully, Zona Romatica does not provide recycling options. 4. Environment: PV is blessed with mostly cool nights during tourist season, so opening a window or two and using the ceiling fans is usually comfortable and has zero climate impact. The mini-split air conditioners cool down a room in minutes, so no need to leave them on all day to stay cool. Turn off the A/C every time you leave the property, please. 5. Children: Guests accompanied by minors must watch over them at all times, and they should never be left unattended. The guest will be responsible throughout their entire stay for any accident that the minor may suffer within the properties managed by Beach Please. 6. No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited on the property. There is a significant fee for guests who do not comply to cover the cost of restoring the property to a smoke-free condition. It is also prohibited to have any type of weapon or illegal substance. 7. Inspections: The property manager has the right to enter the property at any time to inspect or perform any task, such as repairs and general maintenance. 8. Cameras: We have installed security cameras to monitor entryways and public or common spaces. All the material obtained from said cameras may be made available to the authorities if necessary. 9. Damage: The guest agrees to leave the property in good condition and will be responsible for any missing or broken items. Any damage, breakages, or missing items should be reported immediately to the host and before check-out. They also take responsibility for the actions of all other guests. Any damage caused to objects, furniture, or general property will be the guests' exclusive responsibility to cover the cost of repair or replacement as determined by the host in their sole discretion. If keys are lost, the door will be rekeyed and the cost will be charged to the guest. Also, if the guest discovers they’ve forgotten an item after checking out, they will be charged a service fee and shipping costs to have it mailed back to them. 10. Release of Liability and Indemnification: - Personal belongings of any value should never be left unattended. The host declines all responsibility for the loss or theft of jewelry, money, documents, or other valuables of any kind. Each time guests leave the property they should close windows and lock all doors. - Neither the host nor property owner, or any of their representatives, will be responsible for any injury, loss, illness, or damage to any guest or guest property. - Neither the host nor the owner of the property, or any of their representatives, will be responsible for any inconvenience that the client may suffer while occupying the property caused by the actions of neighbors or by unforeseen circumstances, which include, but are not limited to, the interruption of water, gas, electricity, or internet services as well as any third-party noise disturbances. Prohibited Activities We want our guests to be able to relax and enjoy their vacations to the max, but to protect the property and its neighbors, there are a number of things that are prohibited during your stay as follows: 1. No Illegal Activities: Any illegal behavior is grounds for immediate eviction with no refund and may be reported to the authorities. It is prohibited to have any type of weapon or illegal substance. 2. No Commercial Use: The property may not be used for commercial purposes, including professional photography or filming, without prior approval. 3. Occupancy: Guests may not sublet or assign their reservation to any third parties or have more people or animals staying than were specified in the reservation. If you want to add additional guests or pets, please contact your host; additional charges apply. Only registered guests will be able to stay at the property, and we reserve the right of admission. 4. Waste: Please bag trash and drop it at the trash point across the street, one block down the hill; dispose of sanitary products in bins provided. Do not flush anything other than toilet paper. 5. The Wi-Fi and streaming accounts provided are for registered guest use only. Please do not download inappropriate content or tamper with equipment. Find us

Zona Romantica is compact and mostly flat so you can get everywhere on foot pretty easily. If you are feeling lazy or aren't able to walk far just take an Uber. They are plentiful and cheap. You can get almost anywhere for about USD$5! Walking you are 13 minutes to the beach, 10 minutes to Margaritaville, 9 minutes to most of the gay bars, 6 minutes to the Mercado Emiliano Zapata market and less than 4 minutes to one of our local faves: Casita Garden & Wine (two restaurants, wine bar, saki bar, wonderful garden seating).
